Milestones Timeline

From a small group of 50 founding members to a national movement — our story of growth

2014

ADWA founded in New Delhi with 50 founding members committed to changing the lives of India's professional drivers.

2015

First Driver ID Card program launched across 5 states — 1,000 cards issued in the inaugural year.

2017

Expanded to 50+ district chapters across India. Emergency welfare fund established with ₹5 lakh corpus.

2019

10,000 drivers registered milestone achieved. National media recognition and first government collaboration.

2021

Legal Aid Program launched — 500+ cases supported. COVID-19 relief provided to 3,000 affected driver families.

2023

25,000+ members reached. National NGO Excellence Award received. 100+ district chapters operational.

2025

Digital transformation complete — Online ID Card system, member portal, and mobile app launched nationwide.
